Who are you?

We're a group of experienced local real estate agents who know the market well and enjoy the Annapolis area. We're affiliated with a specialized broker, Anne Arundel Properties, Inc., based in Eastport -- a sailing-obsessed community just over the drawbridge from Historic Annapolis.

You might also know Eastport as the Maritime Republic of Eastport, famous for annual charity fund raisers like the "Slaughter Across the Water" -- a 1,700 foot tug-of-war across the Gulf of Eastport. Another favorite is the ".05k Run" across the Spa Creek Bridge, refreshments served mid-span. Winning times are often under 40 seconds.

How do you get paid?

Local landlords are looking for great tenants. We find those tenants, show them the best properties for their community and financial preferences, and prepare the needed paperwork.

We make sure the transaction goes smoothly.

We are paid commission by the landlords, either directly or through their agents. The tenant is responsible for an $89 administrative fee payable to Anne Arundel Properties, Inc.

How long does it take from the time I contact you until we can move in?

If the property is vacant and ready for possession you could be in within a few days, but typically it takes 2 to 3 weeks. Usually a landlord will begin looking for a new tenant a 30 to 60 days before the property is available. The listing information will show the earliest date available as, for example: Date Avail: 15-Jun-2011
